Software Development Engineers (all levels)
We are currently seeking Software Development Engineers for our Healdsburg, Ca offices, with the passion to write code, learn new technologies, and create innovative products in a rapid development environment. Must have at least three years experience in developing client-server systems including database-driven applications. This position requires demonstrated experience developing client-server and web-based object-oriented applications, utilizing VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, database design and full lifecycle development. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server design (including triggers and stored procedures),
Web Developer with experience coding XHTML and CSS in a standards compliant and requirements heavy environment. Web Developer must have a full understanding of web best practices and standards in regards to W3C and Section 508. Knowledge of accessibility limitations is a must. Time management and organizational skills are necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. General IIS and IT security knowledge is desirable.

• Web graphic design ->1year
• Strong clear communication skills - 2 years
• Producing Web Standards (HTML/XHTML/CSS) that validate - 2 years
• Dreamweaver and Homesite Experience - 2 years
• Developing Section 508 (accessibility) compliant websites - 2 years
